Had this engine since 1983. It is a 340 out of a AAR Cuda cast in side TA 340 6. Casting date of May 5 1970. Looks to have stock 340 heads, not the ones with the off set push rods. Wondering what it is worth.

AAR's were made the month of March and 2 weeks in April. Must have been a left over block.

Does it have a VIN stamped? Pics of the casting numbers? Condition of the block means everything. Standard bore, no sleeves, not cracked or repaired, sonic checked... maybe the AAR is still out there?

Its worth scrap price.. But Ill give you double just to help you out.

If it was cast in May of 1970 it was never in an AAR. They stopped production in April. They made more Blocks than cars. Some were even put in 71 cars I think.

Bought two AAR Cudas 1983 one was wrecked bad. This is the engine out of it, car was scraped.

Bottom right side a flat pad just above the oil pan and just behind motor mount.. Should start with 0B.
