I thought it would be interesting to see where everyone is on their car(s).

Mine is waiting for the interior to be put back in and some outer trim and bumper to be installed.

How's your B body coming along? Make any New Years Resolutions?

Was in progress.
Then "finished".
Now the motor and trans are out for upgrades, so back in progress.

I vote finished . I've done absolutely everything plus a bunch of nice upgrades .... minus body/ paint. Complete drivetrain, brakes, electrical, interior, suspension, blah blah blah...I won't do the body because I drive mine a lot, yes even in the rain. My car is for my enjoyment not for others !

No "Gone, But Not Forgotten" choice in the pole!

My car is a strong #3 driver.
I voted “in progress” because they are never really done.

"In Progress", but roadworthy: on my '72 SSP, still need to replace the factory 318 with the 305 (I have all the pieces now). Also need to rebuild front end and paint chassis. Then someday fabricate the custom wing and nose (see avatar of scale model '71 Superbird).

Dormant while attending to other things.

Once the new garage is done that will change.

Mine's "in progress" but is mostly finished and driving, which has slowed down the rate of final finishing considerably (as I don't want to take it off the road and not be able to drive it!). I've still got the rear shocks to install, which will then turn into a full rear end restoration I'm sure. A few interior pieces to complete, and then the paint, which might never get done.

I see you have the dreaded "while I'm here" syndrome based on your shock replacement remark.

Love it!!

My 66 has been put on the back burner so many times that it has ice on it! At least I got it off of the jack stands and can actually roll it around and can even steer it lol. Hopefully, I can do some work on it soon. I'm about to tell my youngest that I can no longer pay for her school loans and then see how my taxes go when that time comes. The divorce was final this past June. I may even quit paying taxes on my house! I hear that no penalties incur since I'm over 65 but I'm sure interest will. Right now my will has the house going to her so, maybe she won't bitch too much about her freakin loans. Hell, she didn't finish school anyways. Eh, enough of that. Might just run up the credit cards then file for bankruptcy :D

I've been guilty of that more than a few times!

Mine is sitting in my garage, tucked away for the winter and just waiting for warm weather to drop the top and start cruising !!!!!!

One is stripped down, in progress, and ready for final paint. The other is dormant, in storage for winter, and awaiting a surprise financial finding, to get that in gear for a "Tribute" car, to "The Greatest Generation", before "They" are All gone...
