I am waiting for the seller to get back to me. I only live 3 hours from Richmond, Va., so if the seller is willing to negotiate, I will definitely go see the car in person. I don't think that I would go any higher than $25,000, unless the car really WOWS me in person. Then maybe $28,000.You want that car? You already have a idea what its worth. Take a weekend off, go see it in person and make the deal. You already know he will take less then 32. The question is how much lower. He'd be making a mistake to turn down 28. Make the deal and buy the car, dont listen to anybody giving you their so called expert opinion. Be happy and enjoy the car. You work hard enough.

Here's my 74 SE. 440 column. Sunroof. AC. Buddy seat. Only missing 2 or 3 options. The black 73 listed is as near top-shelf nice as they come these days. I've been 73/74 Charger fanatic since 1980; I'd say it's worth $20k to $22k for what needs corrected.
Dayum! Hodge will do it right. Nice!
Presently the car is under negotiation with a very interested buyer. I will let you know if the deal falls through, Thanks for your interest
Thats good and bad. Bad if he sells it but good for you as it obvious they couldn't get together on a price. If its meant to be it will happen is the way I look at it. Good luck and please keep us informedUpdate: I finally heard from the seller.
I never made an offer, I actually never spoke to him. The seller's response that I posted was from his email, verbatim....or it's a mini-scam to get the OP to up his offer.
