NOT MINE...Original owner...

You want that car? You already have a idea what its worth. Take a weekend off, go see it in person and make the deal. You already know he will take less then 32. The question is how much lower. He'd be making a mistake to turn down 28. Make the deal and buy the car, dont listen to anybody giving you their so called expert opinion. Be happy and enjoy the car. You work hard enough.

I am waiting for the seller to get back to me. I only live 3 hours from Richmond, Va., so if the seller is willing to negotiate, I will definitely go see the car in person. I don't think that I would go any higher than $25,000, unless the car really WOWS me in person. Then maybe $28,000.

Id red X you but wont. Ive been told never buy on emotion. Sound advise, but my thought is how bad do you want this car? Does it or will it meet or accede your expectations? What about the fact that its all original? If you see this car and its everything you want it to be. Is exactly what you want and you and the seller get down to brass tacks, get to your offer and his offer and meet half way. Id not let that car go because of 3 grand, thats all in saying . Don't listen to anybody, what you pay is your business and yours alone. Good luck!!!

You should go look at it for sure. The price seems high but where & when will another one that nice pop up.

The one on the right is a BB with 4 spd. The BB auto car was moved and the guy said they were finally trying to get it going the last time I was there.

22.5 is the number that popped into my head on first thought
then I see Budnicks NADA report ..lol

it looks like a nice ride
but its a 73 and that is the decider on value
if it was a 71 or 72 then I could see more then low 20's.
I had a buddy that had a really sweet lower mi white one ,black vinyl top
400 black gut buckets, slapstick
and he struggled hard to get near 20
but this was a few years back.

Update: I have not heard one word from the seller after sending him my contact information through the dealers website. I will try again this weekend.

Here's my 74 SE. 440 column. Sunroof. AC. Buddy seat. Only missing 2 or 3 options. The black 73 listed is as near top-shelf nice as they come these days. I've been 73/74 Charger fanatic since 1980; I'd say it's worth $20k to $22k for what needs corrected.

Dayum! Hodge will do it right. Nice!

That is a nice Charger SE, especially in black. Would love to own it; at the right price. It would be worth it under 30k. They are getting harder to find in clean, mostly original condition.

I need to finish my '71 It's almost done but I keep doing other projects.

Update: I finally heard from the seller.

Presently the car is under negotiation with a very interested buyer. I will let you know if the deal falls through, Thanks for your interest

...or it's a mini-scam to get the OP to up his offer.

It's nice but keep in mind if you want to sell it when you own it it's only going to be worth $15000 or so your not the org owner people pay up for this . As it sits $20-22 came to mind as you know there's stuff wrong bwith it they failed to metion to you. But if it was cherry I could see $25

That were working a deal is a sales man's tacktic to get you to come with a higher offer when he calls you back and says we're still working that deal . Cars not sold till it's sold they should atleasat speak with you !!!
