Has anyone tried to remove the push rod bolt, And the 4 attaching nuts to remove the booster from the car with the brake pedal assy. in place? 1966 charger automatic with console. Thank you.

If I follow here, to do what you describe removing booster, you would need to disconnect the link at the pedal and it may slide out through the FW assuming the opening is large enough and ample engine bay space. There is an eyebolt connection that is adjustable and may unthread and can mark its position with a felt tip for reinstall reference. Assuming you're going to separate the booster from the MC..

I guess what I'm asking is, Does the brake pedal assy. need to be removed to get to the nuts?

...but it's gonna be a pain to get the rod out of the back of the M/C unless it's a recent install or you get real lucky.
You'll likely need to pry against the firewall which can be ugly.
Best to remove the rod from the pedal and then remove the it from the M/C using a vice.
