so turns out my 440 six pack has had a center carb with a 4375 list number. Googled it and it says manual transmission center carb. My car is an automatic. Is it bad to run out like that? Or is it ok? Would it give me any problems?

Bill is correct, no problem at all. If I recall correctly, there are only very minor tuning differences (stock) between automatic & manual center carburetors.

Won't be a problem at all... Same internals etc. Sure youve heard that by now..

IMO....
The basic difference is in the idle and off idle fuel transition fuel feed circuits (fixed idle air bleeds and fuel feed restrictions) and possible the accelerator pump discharge nozzle orifices and possibly the acceleration pump cam profile and pump drive spring setting. Auto trans applications can USUALLY tolerate a slightly leaner mixture and accelerator pump delivery rate due to the torque converter coupling. To the uneducated, interchanging the auto trans / manual trans carbs will probably go un-noticed....but for a slight flat spot on a coast down to off idle transition. Just my opinion of course.
