Only one is sure grip. I'm assuming by him saying #2 cases that he is referring to the 742 housing. This would probably be a drag racers dream. In 69-70 I had a collection like this but the the gears were all stock Chrysler except for a 5:13 and all were sure grips. If memory serves me they were 2:74, 3:23, 3:55, 4:10, and 5:13. It all depended on who and what the race was.
 
60's racecars ran very low gear ratios. My original Dana out of my WO, is a 5.57 ratio. It was raced 1/4 mile. Gears/rpm made-up for less horsepower.
