Body Color Spare Rim

Thanks for all the information. My car was a St Louis build as well. I think my tires came as T93 G70x14. Anyway thanks again for the info and an interesting read on spare wheels.

When it comes to the magnums......road wheels etc....There is no reason why the factory would paint the spare body color......unless it was some line worker mistake.....

Would love to see more of that 500 btw....

I started a project thread for the car back in November 2018. There are a handful of images in the thread. I'll add more when the weather cooperates. I'll post images of the car when I first picked it up...after I find and unbox them! Getting closer!

I can clearly remember a wheel from my aunt/uncle's 67 or 68 Fury sport roof laying in the back yard of my grandmother's house.

It is etched in my mind because it was blue and shiny (the same color as the car), unlike any other wheel I had seen as a kid.

What 67/68 C body Fury wheel would have been painted? I can't see a "high line" sports roof Fury having dog dish caps.

That "pretty" wheel (the color, perhaps 881/B5...and the car) was one of the very earliest building blocs of my Mopar fascination.
