Unit in post 3 does all three

Deltran battery tender plus. I have used one for 10 years each winter on both my Optima red and yellow tops to keep them alive and worked flawlessly. I have also used it to bring both batteries back from the dead numerous times with no issues when I managed to drain them or forgot to charge for a long period.
