Looking for opinions guys. Is there any difference between the Legendary’s interiors and Yearone’s ? I’m looking to do my seats over. Legendary’s more money plus Yearone has a 25 percent off coupon. Is there a big quality difference between the two? What do you guys think?

Legendary just ran a 25% off sale through January 7th. If you contact them and tell them you missed it and that Year One is offering the 25% off discount, they may honor it. Personally, I would rather get it direct from them in case there are any issues. Easier to deal with the original manufacturer sometimes than through a secondary vendor.

This^^^^^

To add to this. Once you receive the item inspect it fully. Check the stitching etc and don’t sit on it to install it later because you get a discount. You would rather find out a fitment issue now than later.

Also, make sure you get everything you need for the full install. Dodge and Plymouth vary on the extra foam used on top of the mounded foam for the front seats. Do not rely on your Upholstry shop to be aware of this.

On my '70 Roadrunner's back seat interior, I noticed a difference between Year One & Legendary. Originally, the back seat has a logo "embossed" into the interior (sort of stamped into the fabric). Legendary has the logo, but Year One does not....fyi.

I saw that but there is a medallion there anyways isn’t there?

Not on a '70, only the "embossed" logo. I "think" the seat emblems are 68/69 or something like that & are sometimes hard to find.

From what I can tell, the overall quality of Year One is about the same as Legendary IF you don't have any logos embossed in the seats....so look close. I went with Year One for my door & quarter interior panels & they look nice, but I still plan to use Legendary for the seat covers because of the embossed logo in the back seat.

As usual,,thanks Purple!

Check it carefully. I thought the same on the door panels from Year One. Not even close to originals. Called them and they said they got them from Dynacorn.

As everyone has posted above, ask the chosen vendor specifically who is the manufacture of the seat covers or door panels that your purchasing. I know of some that will post pictures of the Legendary product and send you the PUI product. Some of the PUI product does fit ok and then others will not fit that well. The Legendary product is a premium product in comparison to the other brands and the price reflects that. Still, it is not unheard of to have issues with the Legendary product. As Justin stated, make sure that everything is good. Also verify that the top seat cover pleats match up with the lower seat cover pleats correctly.
