uppers are rebuilt. Chassis has been fully rewired. Anyone happen to have a set of LCAs they want to sell? Are they different between Years or will all B body LCAs work?

Disc brake conversion nearly complete, waiting on pads to come in.
Question, do the disc brake Master Cylinders bolt right on in place of the single master cylinder?

Yes the disc brake master cylinder will bolt up directly. You will need a proportioning valve to adjust front and rear pressure. Also, when looking for the master cylinder look for one from a mid seventy's Duster or Dart with disc/drum configuration. 15/16 inch bore size works the best for your application. I'm sure others will chime in as well.

That’s freaking awesome! I happen to have a brand new disc/drum MC off my 74 dart that I can now repurpose. Thanks a ton

Still some fitting and adjustments to be made but ran out of time today. I need to get more practice with that bead roller too.

A couple updates, ended up modifying an alternator bracket off a LA 318 to work. Started to get her fully bolted up and ready to drive, massive coolant leak and the push button trans won’t shift into any gear, thinking it’s a linkage adjustment issue as I push the buttons and there’s no pressure on them at all. I did just install new cables but did it solo and with a piece of duct tape holding neutral down. Must not have been in right

Been a long long time, but she’s alive. Gotta get her to idle right and button a few things up and she’ll be road tested very soon.

Well was getting her ready for a local anything on wheels car show to benefit kids of cops killed in line of duty charity that I got invited to, had finally solved all the electrical issues, got the brakes all done and was trying to solve a misfire when she burst into flames. Metal line ruptured and sprayed gas all over the hot exhaust manifold on the passenger side. The fire ball was massive, I thought for sure she was a goner, but after I got it out and it cooled off enough to raise the hood again, the damage wasn’t terminal. Just need a new alternator, fuel pump, lines, plug wires, entire new engine harness... again. All this stuff was literally brand new. Nothing like watching 1000 bucks burn in seconds.

Because I’m a cheap *** and have no plans but to thrash on this car once it’s running. I really never planned to do anything with it to be honest. A buddy of mine had had it for YEARS, sinking in the mud at his parents house. They were moving and he had no place to store it plus he was going thru a nasty divorce and his now ex had drained his bank account. I offered to give him cash to get by, he wouldn’t take a handout. Too proud. So I said, hell just sell me that old polara, he thought about it, and said sure why not. I was just gonna yard art the thing.
then my daughter fell in love with the damn thing so I’m stuck making run/drive at least. But beyond that, all the time and funds are going towards my Dart Restomod.
