My first thought would be no. The cowl slopes up making the 63 window opening slightly smaller than the 64+

I'll let you know Steve. I'm sure you guessed by now I' have a new gasket for the 64-65 but have a 63 Car !!

The 62-63 B-Body hardtops, sedans, both two and four door applications take the Precision gasket WCRD 617. The 64-65 B-Body hardtops, sedans both two and four door applications use the Precision gasket WCRD 647. The 64-64 B-Body convertible application uses the Precision WCRD 647A. That covers the different applications with the correct gasket.

Doesn't fit for S-H-I-T on my 62.
It's bigger than the opening, bigger than the old gasket by a mile, and it's 2 inches past the edge of the window side, without the window slid into the gasket.
Old gasket was hard as a rock, so I trimmed it neatly, but can't reuse it.
What am I missing here?

So I'm told the Precision seal should have a label heat sealed into the bag.
Also, that sedan seals are larger, as in they don't fit "All" models. DMT sticker states otherwise. Yes, my first response was to call them but they were closed, and I will be calling tomorrow asap.

I called and the owner, Jim, answered.
Sending me correct seal overnight.
Sent pics, said he's never seen this before and the other 2 in stock do not have a sticker over a sticker.
Overnight, we'll see if it makes it here, but at least he is making the effort.
I always say, it's not always the error that matters the most, it's the response and recovery.
Like some, when I can't get someone on the phone at that moment, and it gets worse the more you look at it, it becomes extremely frustrating, but DMT is doing what they can at this moment.
He also stated, this windshield seal is the same one sold by everyone, as I asked if the more expensive brand was in stock I'll pay the difference.

Bag is completely different, not sure that matters, fits perfect.
Used the 3M bedding stuff, then went and grabbed windshield and cleaned it.
Supposed to be a pain in the butt job only professionals can do. Manual states to put in top first, not possible alone so I did bottom first.
Just the windshield install alone, seal already in, done in 55 minutes.
Nylon cord in windshield channel, hot soapy water, plastic scraper. After it was in, screwdriver used to lock a few stubborn parts of the seal.
