Dear all

I have 15x10s rear and 15x8s front. I have been tempted (not 100% sure I would) to put on some bigger rims, so I can change from non stock to stock when the mood takes me.
Question is what is the max wheel/tyre combo a charger accepts as standard? without having to change anything structural.
This car they had to install DSE minitubs to accommodate the wheels tyres.

I've had 305/35/19's on my 1969 Charger, rims are 10" wide with zero offset, those look slightly bigger in diameter? The ones in the picture are 285's, after trying the 305's they will be going on once these are burned off lol.

Looks awesome!
What is the 'R' on the 285s in the photo? I don't want the 'R' profile too slim.

That's another reason I'm going to the 305/35/19's, I want a slightly taller sidewall and a bit of tire bulge on the sides.

Yeah tyre bulge is good.
What do you think are the maxes on the fronts? too fat and they'll touch when turning.

I don't know what the max is? I wanted an 8" wide tire up front so I never really looked into how much bigger I could go. The fronts are 245/40/18's, also zero offset.

Ok, thanks:thumbsup:
