Listed mine as done, for now. Gonna pull the motor for My BB Duster project and put in the 470 after I get it Dyno tested. Funds are a little tight so it might be a while.
In the welcome wagon I posted my Plymouth is perfect needs nothing.....im sticking to that. What I may do to it is replace the lower control arm bushings and ad a left over front sway bar from an E body I have laying around. I might even repair the floor behind the drivers seat. Other wise if I drop a battery in it and pump the gas a half dozen times it will start up and go. See perfect needs nothing.
Mine..in progress.
The body is in a good shape and paint as well, it would be a waste to strip it completely and redo it.
No rust to be found, just maintaining.
Still need to refurbish a set of correct '69 bucket seats (now has a set of '70 model installed) and do the rear bench as well with new upholstery.
Engine is good but needs to be pulled to do painting of the engine bay and engine itself.
At that point need to do other things as well as blast and coat headers, re route wiring etc.
Mine is a work in very, VERY slow progress (like 25 years and counting slow)...
...but I have spent a good amount of time on it over the past 6 months.
Too bad my metal-forming and welding skills are also a work in progress!
Got mine rolling at least but shoved it into my 'storage trailer' almost immediately afterwards. At least it's not sitting on jack stands anymore. I've since cleaned the floor where it was sitting.....and no, the jack stand wasn't stuck to the car or the floor
