We talked when he 1st was producing his alum. bumper brackets
I wanted to give him some business, on a recommendation of
my forum racer buddy @bobtile referred me to him

I sent him $200 check & asked him to send me
both front & rear alum bumper brackets for my 68 RR
he was only doing the fronts at the time
I told him to hold on the rest of the $$
send me the fronts now & rears latter when he gets around to them...
(quality & extremely light great for FG bumpers
I bought some POS Unlimited FG, frt/rear bumpers
I still need to do some repairs/clean up, paint to them & install now
)
I told him;
"He can send me the rears, when he's done figuring it out"
no big deal or hurry...
But after a while/maybe a couple months passed,
he was swamped doing all sorts of water-jet cutting etc.
didn't get around to making them yet & he sent me a refund of $50...
He said he didn't know when the rears would be done...
That was the 1st good, honest business practice
& the honorable, responsible thing to do...

A couple weeks or so back,
he sends me an e-mail out of the blue
he ran across an old e-mail, we talked about the brackets
from a couple years ago, mind you
Now he was saying;
"he was gonna' send me a pair for the rear"
free of charge...

I figured what the heck...
That was cool, a nice gesture if nothing else...
If nothing else it was a good thing to do...

I was pleasantly surprised;
They arrived today, very nice & light
along with alum. carriage bolts too
to my door no shipping cost or invoice...

I got to say it's refreshing to know there's
still some good, conscientious & honest businessman...

Thank you Jeff
That was a real stand up thing to do...

I'll post up some photos when I get some taken...

Just when you think the worlds gone to ****...

I told you he was a stand-up guy. I sent him my fronts from the GTX to use as templates and got the originals back along with a set of his first brackets for free.
Class act for sure!

I bought my fronts a few months after Bob sent him his as patterns. Jeff’s a good guy and he makes a good bracket.
