Any International Harvester fans

We’ve had a few trucks and tractors over the years. This is about the only one left. I sold a very nice 2 M-H mounted picker that went on it a few years ago. I’ve still got a factory service manual for a 52 2 ton truck that we used to have. That book is about a foot thick.

I have a 77 Scout II that I started and changed my mind so it will go when finished. Got all the bad metal replaced and the chassis is done. Just have to pick a color and bolt the body on. SB Chev motor. Has a fiberglass half top also.

I used to have a couple of Travelalls in the 80's, paid $200 for both together. One had a 304, the other the 345. I used pieces of each to build one, gave it a $30 Tremclad paint job.

I had a buddy who owned IH trucks. Had a cool collection. He lived in the ghetto for years, sold all his stuff....and moved to Tn.

Dont know what youd call this but a few were built, this one was originally used as an original airport shuttle. I dont recall if it had a rear driveline or was a 4×4 sans rear driveshaft.

Both models are very nice period subjects! was this taken in the early 60s?

Had a 70 something Scout II with a 345. Used several pieces of aluminum and sheet screws to remake most of the floor. Truck was a blast. Nice thing was track was a little narrower than most so didn't set in both ruts when I was beating the crap out of it off road. Called it quits finally when the camshaft broke in half and I only had the front 4 cylinders. See them now and still would like another one.

Since I drew so many Harvester fans

Schmidts Auto Parts located just out of Waunakee Wi. is the yard I pictured here. They have a row of about 12 50-56 that you can probably find what you need! Sorry I don't have the phone number. Give them a call.
