Dave with manual disc/drum I like a 15/16" master. I have had good luck with the Dorman M80266 which is spec'd for a 74-76 A-body manual disc car. I have used them on three B-bodies with success.

are the lines the same size that screw in the mc

same size brake lines bolting up to the side of ms
 
Yes, just put one in my 71 in place of the manual master that was there. Lines matched right up.
 
Another vote for 15/16” here with manual disc/drum.
 
I have used both 15/16 and 1 1/32 inch masters on manual disc brake cars. I think most people would prefer the smaller master, but I like the rock hard pedal of the bigger one. You need a strong leg, however. I have the two bolt aluminum one on my coronet.
