Things that make you wonder.....

those are demo derby headers...in what looks to be some form of drag car.
its got slicks on the back,if you look close.
wonder what mounts they used to get that 383 in there...
there sure aint much space there!

Takes all kinds to make the world go around.

I think it's cool and cheap ! Looks like something to have fun with !

It's right there with square nuts.... just sayin

ikr,for 2 grand even.
i sure dont understand some peoples hate for beaters...
beaters are cars you can drive everyday and still share the mopar love with others.
you dont need 4 million in insurance and they make you smile.
people see your beaters, and they think,
wow id like one but nicer and then we get another person into the mopar hobby.
Thats a Win.

this dart,
thats something you could take to the track or streetrod it and not care about it,
it would be driven ten times more than the ones hiding behind the garage doors....

runs great,383 auto with a spare 383 engine no texting near Syracuse ny

Looks factory from here.

considering the owner just told me the motor is built, the trans is built,
and they bought specific motor mounts for it....And hed take less than 2k for it.
seems like it might be a alternative for my more door drivetrain.
plus,it has a limited slip gear chunk.

pull the drivetrain, stick a small block back in there and sell it and let someone beat it some more.
id get out cheap, around 1500 for my engine swap.
too many cars and never enough money to go around, but im considering this one.

Yup, the price is cheap enough. Yes, it would be a fun beater...no doubt. It was the stacks that got me. Don't get me wrong, museum quality is not in my wheelhouse. I like things I can drive whenever I want to.
But this poor little fellow....I can see in his one good eye, he's sad. Someone needs to give him a good home.

Like I said it takes all kinds, I for one LOVE beaters.Out of all the cars I built, they are the most fun.Still are, as I'm building one right now.

I don't know, think the headers may be an issue on the street. I mean there's beaters and then there's beaters. One more eye, one more seat, and a tetanus shot later and your set. I'm not a numbers matching, pebble beach guy either, but com'on. Would you really want to spend two grand on this...

That would be a great and fun dragcar, if it's not rusted to nothing. Wouldn't cost anything to clean it up and run it.
