Thanks SoCal! Wish I had your weather, it's cold as "H" in Pittsburgh, PA about now! Due to popular demand (lol) here's some pics of my 1970 Challenger R/T 383 pistol grip four-speed convertible. She's a real JS27N0B car (1 of 149 four-speed 383 Magnum R/T convertibles), factory FC7 Plum Crazy paint and black vinyl interior/top. It has another 1970 383 Magnum engine in it now and the four-speed is from a 1970 B body car. The previous owner told me that the original owner pulled the born-with eng/trans and installed a B body 440 and trans. The previous owner wanted it to have a 383 engine in it so he got a built 1970 383 and installed it. Would love to find the original eng/trans. Thanks, All!

Welcome from West Virginia! Since you don't have a B body yet, throw some pics up of the challenger. We like pictures!
Thanks from WV! I had a 1969 Roadrunner 383 four-speed convertible (#s matching) from 1988 to 1994 when I sold it. Would love to find another but convertibles are out of my price range. Will settle for a hardtop/coupe.

welcome to FBBO nice looking drop top and good luck with your search for a b body

Welcome aboard from NJ. Thanks for posting the "purple pictures". I had a 70 RT Challenger long ago but it wasn't a drop top. Loved that car! Good luck with your B-search research!:D

Thanks for the welcome, NJ! Yes, the Challengers are fun, drop top or hardtop. I also had a 1971 Cuda 340 convertible that was my every day driver from 1981 to 1991. Should have kept it, lol!
