I have a 62 Fury which i converted to 4 wheel disk brakes, from doctor Diff who was great, ran new lines and wanted to add a powered master cylinder. I sent some questions out to a couple company's on ebay to make sure i was getting the correct part. Vintage brake solutions reply to me was they never recommend mixing equipment. Basically telling me i should have stayed with 4 wheel drum and a single reservoir master cylinder. My reply to them was i would be glad to post their poor advise and lack of help.

I mix brake parts all the time. it's not same as mixing paint brands. they tell you that so you buy all your parts from them. also , definitely do your research before hand so you don't have to ask eBay companies.

Yes i agree do your research. I was actually asking some questions that would validate some of the things i had researched. A second company who is on ebay as well as a mainstream company responded wonderfully. Not only did they validate what i thought but gave me additional valuable information which made me feel like i contacted the right person to do business with. When I bought my breaks and axles from DR DIff, He was so well educated on what i needed and mixed parts it made my life so much easier when doing the conversion.
