Anyone have a B3 blue car or have thoughts on that color?

That car was nicer than it looks in the pix. I carpet cleaned the seats and carpet, wiped down the door panels and dash and it was super sweet. Drove it home at the occasional speed of 100mph and it went straight and true. Put new shocks on it and drove it for a summer. People would always stop and admire it. When my old neighbor, who was an old mechanic was dieing of throat cancer saw it it he hobbled over to tell me, with great difficulty because of the throat cancer, that he heard it run and that it sounded very good.
Ultimately it got parted out for my Super Bee clone, but damn, I should have found another parts car and kept this thing.

You’re not doing it for anyone else. I have a 50 Chevy deluxe 4 door that I love. They are special too. ******** always turn their noses up in the air when it comes to four doors. Doesn’t bother me the slightest. Your name is on the title, no one else’s.

What he says. I actually tell people when I show them my ‘70 Coronet project “If you start any sentence with “You should...” I will ask you to leave.”
I’m SICK of people saying “You should put a Hemi in it” or “You should put a four speed in it “ or “You should paint it red” or whatever. It’s MY freakin’ car!
You’re building YOUR car. Build it to impress YOU! If other peoples opinions are super important there’s other, cheaper ways of impressing them.

I’m actually getting a credit card sizes fridge magnet that looks like a fender tag and has a bunch of gibberish letters and numbers and ends in GOF UCk YOU RSE LF for the ******** numbers experts at every show. I can place it over the fender tag when I open the hood.
 
Wow! I am glad I started this thread! I feel very vindicated in bringing this car back to her glory days! Thanks for all the pics. I have to say the more I see this color, the more I like it. You all are awesome. I really appreciate all the pics and comments. I will keep you posted with links to the progress on my YouTube channel.
 
That B3 with B5 interior will look so cool next to Kaelyn’s B1 with B5 interior Duster. We need to plan a show when your done.
 
Ok guys, here is an update on the 1969 4 door Coronet. Just one question, should I be posting this in a different place such as "what is everyone working on" or something like that? Maybe more than one place? Just trying to follow the rules ;-)
