can't seem to find a lube for the door hinges on my 63 dodge that will stay in place, not even white lithium. now I have one broken hinge and two malfunctioning. Any ideas out there?

I use Bel Ray chain lube. It's thick enough to stick, yet thin enough to get into small spaces.
