Get brighter headlights

Crackedback all the way for the win!
Those pictures above of the before and after are from my 71 Cuda. I also bought his kit for my 72 RR. Very clean OEM appearance relay kit. I also did the starter relay bypass on both cars (which made the instrument panel brighter in the second picture).
Absolutely NECESSARY mods IMO for the Mopars.
DO IT..

Same headlights in both pictures. I have a couple more before and after pics. Relays flat out work better than the stock wiring regardless of the charging wire improvements that are made. This car also had my charge wire around set up on it. Dash lights are on the same setting.

Lights lose output exponentially when voltage is reduced. A 5% reduction in voltage will usually reduce output by at least 8% or more. It a losing game with insufficient power at hand.

There might be some other pics in this thread on FABO

Wow, I even wondered how much difference there would be. My car was a basket case so it got halogens and relays during the restoration so I never got to see the original lighting. Pretty impressive that being all the same lighting with new wiring.

How much are these kits?

I also agree a good first cheap step would be a headlight relay kit. Either the member here or ebay or make your own.

Just a heads up on CrackedBacks vs. eBay. You’ll be much happier with Robs stuff than the copycat garbage on eBay that uses lesser products.
