No, I was talking about the article at the link to amsoils website.
That isn't a review. Its a PR piece.
As I said, it is probably a fine product but a company written article isn't a review.
Hey, lots of people swear by Quaker Maid oil, too.
Not a personal attack but your response is typical of those from many amsoil distributors. They all seem to take it personally as if they made the oil.
Nothing personal, just an observation over the years.
Myself I have seen race engines after a season of constant 8k rpm running on a track that will pull the bottom end through the pan if its not top notch stuff because the track hooks up so well. No real wear using Rotella, Red Line, Royal Purple or Valvoline.
Last point, your comments on actually using the oil weren't posted. All we had was Amsoil's webpage.
And, that's hardly a scientific review, its an observation. You observed good results and that meshes with what I said. It's likely a fine product.
Ah Ok. Yea I mean I am sure its not the only good oil/product out there, but it is a great product. I stand by it after years of never failing me and extended drain intervals. I did not post a webpage and I wouldn't have posted in this forum post if I hadn't actually used the oil and had experience. I usually save my posts on things like this based off my use and experience, not via an internet ad.
