Thanks KK what mufflers are those and what did you weld prior to installation and what did you wrld during installation? Did you tig it?

Cheapest muffler you'll find, $30.00. They're holding up ok so far.

I just mocked it up while under the car. Made my measurements and cut where I needed. Then just tacked everything together, removed each section and welded it up on the table. All mig welded.

Yes my funding is not great right now so the high end solutions are not an option right bow I don’t think. Lots of pieces in those kits did you weld them or clamp them? Good input on fitment.
I clamped them first, so that I could adjust everything to fit just the way I wanted it to... I drove it like that for a short time but the u bolt clamps seem to leak no matter how much you tighten them so I went back and welded all the joints and it was good after that.

I am anti-$$$$ more like 1/2$ :) I am in past deep on this already.....just looking for good known fitment. This is what I have currently and the issue is after the mufflers. Not thrilled with the mufgler clearance but I can live with that if I can get away with a fix with wrong bends over the axle.

That is a terrible looking exhaust. With all the issues, now would be the time to get a Jegs, or Summit kit. Do it right. Do it once. If you want to go all out, TTI fits excellent on my Dart, but I kept the factory manifolds. I get it that the price is an issue.
