My guess is that’s a 73 or 74 Charger and I can’t find any info on it. I did find this info though...

Roger McCluskye drove a #1 Plymouth in 1970 at Riverside.
John Banks drove a #1 Dodge in 1974 but it shows Michigan as the track.
