69 super bee factory tail stripe

did it come with a matte finish stripe or a glossy stripe from factory. thanks

from the factory the stripes were reflective and glossy
they sort of had the glow in the dark effect at night under certain light, mostly with the white
the thing is they didn't last long in the sun
so original examples left around are not very many.
the materials they made the orig stripes from is long gone
so the repos made in the last 35 years or so that they sell everywhere
are just glossy and more solid with no real type of reflection on them.

The stripe itself isn't reflective, only the bee.

If you're interested in having the entire stripe reflective, visit your local 3M/fineline shop and have one cut. The material is 3M Scotchlite reflective.
