Does anyone know there is a trim package with black rear bumper, black rear window trim and black mirrors on an tor red body

There was no option for black bumpers, black window trim, or black mirrors for any '71 road runners.

Yes, there was a body color option (matching the paint color of the body), not black. It's possible you have a bumper from a car that had that option and it has since been painted black.

There was a black (outside) window trim that fit '71-'72 models, not sure how it was offered.

IIRC elastomeric ( body colored) bumpers were only offered on certain color cars.

Not all colors.

the only trim package on a 71 runner that I know of
is the A87 décor package
which upgraded the steering wheel and door cards
it also gave you wheel well moldings and the black stripes on the rear bumper.
is this what you are referring to??

Mirrors were either chrome or body colored only.. red car = red mirrors
the colored black rear window trim was used on rear louver cars or vinyl roofs.

do you have any pics of the car?
any fender tag info?

does it have any kind of rubber coating on it?
its not that hard to strip the chrome off a bumper and pant it up.
