staying busy is good, divorce can be too. I was married for 16 years to an alcoholic who wouldn't stay out of the bars, best thing I ever did. good luck, you should be able to build some cool stuff, no nagging
727, I really like that bottle steamer, 10horse or about? would like to have a 6 to 10 my self to play with. Dave. Also picked up this 1890's Remington reciprocating steam engine and building a wood fired boiler. Have retirement plans to build a wooden boat to put these in.

727, just finished up a small PM research mill engine, painted the bed plate gloss black and polished all the brass, beauiful little engine and will set and run about 65-70 rpm on 2 lbs of air. I don't have a lathe so I have to buy pre machined kits, still much satisfaction in building it and watching it run. Dave. Not sure on hp was guessing 8 or more. 3" bore 5" stroke. I found it in an architectural salvage yard in San Francisco. A guy that worked there said they got it out of an old factory they took apart in Richmond,Ca.
