What is this 73 Charger Worth?

I thought he posted the Tabco ones, I should have checked the link. Sherman gets their's from Tabco. Installation reviews were good but I'd still rather replace a whole panel.

I don’t need to replace the whole quarter just the lowest parts in front of and behind the wheel.

I went to buy a 74 Charger this past fall, original 318 car.
Replaced decades ago with a 440/Holley/aluminum intake & valve covers, etc.
Had the bulge hood added as well, slot mags, dual exhaust, jacked up, 70s style.
Solid as heck, power windows too, $5k.

Sitting for 30+ years, guy was a dealer way back, drove it, hit a deer, dented the front fender, parked it in his garage, never moved again.

The fender tag had it as a 74, but as we were clearing it off of parts, junk, and dust my friend checked the ppwk against the vin and noticed a problem, the ppwk had it as a 73. Once we cleaned the windshield we saw the vin wasn't exactly attached to the rivits.
Guy had no idea, never registered it, known him a long time, honest guy, he was not happy either.

I had to pass, but it wasn't easy.

I still think it might be worth it.
A solid big block Charger with extra goodies for 5k, heck the dented fender wasn't even that bad.

Never took a pic because I was supposed to be putting it on a trailer that day.

quarter patches in link have extremely shallow body lines and do not even have the correct curve to the panel. No marker indent, either.

The Tabco/Sherman (mine had both Sherman and Goodmark stickers!) are still not as crisp as OEM but are MUCH better than those cheapies.

I want to sell my left (driver) side panel ($375) but shipping is probably cost prohibitive.

Not sure that I'd go with those Chad. Clearly states Requires advanced sheet metal skills for proper fitment.
No indents for the side markers (if they are actual pics) and I'm guessing they are just 71 or 72 lowers and your w/o mouldings won't fit. For that kind of money you're better off going to Desert Valley and getting used non rusted ones. Just my 2 cents.

I've read that below the belt line 71-74 Chargers are the same. If that's true, AMD makes rear patch panels or maybe you could score a cheap set of second hand skins.

I don’t see rear patch panels at all for a 73 Charger on AMD.

Actually I see what you mean that the 71’s are repopped. Problem with the AMD ones is I need in front of the wheel too. I’m quite likely going to try the ones I posted when we get to that point. I have some auto body experience since I went to school for it and I have hung quarters before.

Yeah I don’t need the body line nor a marker indent

Wheel openings are different 71-2 to 73-4.
Not that anyone will measure at a show but if you don't care about original, lowers will probably work.

...and joining the outer wheel house to the quarter lip...

if the radius of the opening is different.....
