I have attached a picture of the heater core pulled out of a 67 Coronet which is believed to be incorrect. The garage I use is looking for an accurate replacement. Does anyone have one and price.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

You have the correct heater box in the picture, has the cables and controls also. Why do you think it is wrong?

The “heater core” is the mini radiator inside that transfers the heat.

Sorry meant heater box. Garage mechanic said it was incorrect. If that is not the case I will tell him.
Thanks for your help.

Did your car body have factory AC. The holes in the firewall are all different for AC or non AC

That box you show is for just a heater/defroster. So the firewall should only have small holes for studs and two approx1” holes for the tubes to pass through.

An AC firewall has approx 6” diameter hole for the heater blower motor to pass through, and a rectangle holes about 3x4”

is there a number stamped on the front cover? also if i could see the cable bracket for the heat blend door? that would help. this is a non a/c car, correct?

So we are looking for a heater box for a factory AC car for sale? 67 Coronet.

An A/C heater from a 66 B-body will work also!
