does anyone have a part # for a "bastard " u-joint for mating a small yoke to a large yoke ??

That is the deal. Funny I was just going through this this morning and trying to find spicer u joints. Alot are discontinued.
 
I believe they are called a conversion u joint
 
i have spicer conversion joints in stock
 
You can also use a u-joint from a 1957 Oldsmobile (or Pontiac) & swap the caps.

I had this same issue back in 1984 when they didn't sell "Conversion" ujoints.
