Funny, you answered a question I had today. I've been watching some reruns of game shows lately.

So there's at least one. RIP you cheater!
 
Trivia from IMDB:
Charles Van Doren mentions there being a split infinitive in a document he is to sign. A notorious example of this is on Star Trek (1966) : "...to boldly go where no man has gone before". The correct grammar is "to go boldly" because there isn't supposed to be another word between "to" and whatever verb follows.

There was a movie a while back about that scandal
he claimed he was set up (for ratings)
& they left him out to dry, when he became to bold/arrogant etc.
that was sort of the premise, probably his side of the story :poke:

it's still cheating, rigged or fixed
the other contestants were not given the answers
or question prior to the shows
(sounds a lot like CNN & the 2016 DNC Debates)

IIRC he was some sort of professor

he allegedly
didn't need to get the answers,
he was supposed to be smart dude & knew the ****

disgraced for life after

I can't say I feel any sympathy for him
it was all a farce for TV & rating

But he was a pawn (Hollyweirdo's BS)
so I'll say RIP
