Anyone out there have experience or knowledge on a good setup? I am looking at ring brothers and eddie motorsports at this point...

I went with these from Classic Industries: MB281025R. I think they are the Eddie Motorsports. My body guy was having fits getting the hood to stay aligned with factory hinges. While expensive, he was very happy with these hinges. They seemed rugged and well made out of the box. The current discount code gets a 10% net discount off the very hefty price tag.

I bought them from Eddie's Motorsports for both my 66 Chevy II and my 67 Belvedere Convertible - LOVE them ! ! Get all kinds of comments at the shows about the hood hinges . . .

I have them on my GTX..awesome hinges. I can push the edge of the hood while it is full up and shake the entire car while NOT deflecting the hinge itself. Pricey and a bit of a challenge to get lined up right but sure is nice lifting that hood with one finger and have it stay at whatever position I want it to.

Damn!
Another line added to "the list"
They sure are pretty!
