I agree RUN THE ******!!I'm an idiot so don't listen to me.
I would try to flush the **** out of it first (air pressurized water)then button it up and run that ******.
I've seen these old V8s eat some **** that didn't even make them burp. Those are some pretty small pieces you're talking about. If a pressurized flush won't puke it out, normal running probably won't move it. Chances are you got it with the vac but can't find it.
My word guys, we're talking about a tiny Dremel wire brush.. it ain't going to cut off flow or cause mass destruction for crying out loud! I just rebuilt a 318 that had enough mud and dirt in it to build a mud hut and it was still running strong. I say try the frost plug, if no luck then just run it.
Next time use a tap instead.
