So I replaced my advance limiter bushing on my MSD dist from 20 to 14. I pulled the dist to do this. Prior to pulling it I marked its position on the block and neck of the dist. I also noted where rotor was. Dropped it back in with the same orientation as before. Also put new plugs in went from Autolite 66 to 65 a cooler plug to help with detonation.

Now no start. Its getting fuel and the MSD 6AL is lit.

I assume these bushings limit the amount of me mechanical advance. Shouldn’t change my base timing. Any ideas as to what I should be looking at? It turns but doesn’t fire . No spark?

All the wires hooked up?
Pull coil wire and hold about 1/4" from a bolt. See if you have spark.

Lol I just saw that my dizzy was partially connected the electrical conn that is. It must have unseated while changing the plugs or I never fully engaged it.

Thanks!
