Are you kidding? ! No wonder i never see any others. Had to do some repairs to mine over the years, welded some homemade flanges for an exhaust system, just had them coated to get more life out of them. You will like em.

Buy the way,stage3 what area of California are you? I'm two miles from Pomona fairgrounds. Drove my max clone to the street legals.

Al has had 3/4 of a set out at the Carlisle shows for a while. He has one manifold and 2 pipes. NASCAR said you had to run factory pipes and manifolds. Then somewhere in the early part of the '64 model run they relented so I am guessing that early production cars had them installed.

Stage 3, That is the same header that I run on my 62. The set that I have came with extra tubes to make each header tube 2 inches longer.

Stage3 are those velocity stacks Quick Fuel air bell units. Might have in another thread, memory is going.

Those Tri-y's on the 64 should be Smithsonian material placed next to the rocket ships! AWESOME pics. Thanks!

very nice original rarer than hens teeth parts..including that oil pan...heavier than all heck too..but Chrysler was very determined to kick every ones ***.....and hooker headers answer to that was the #5319 partial fender well headers...my pic shows a set of NOS coated units..extinct as wellView attachment 583876
I have a set of those on my 63 Belvedere. The flanges that mount to the heads are square in lieu of the ones on yours but they are the same header.
2 inch tubes with 3 or 3-1/2 inch collectors. The one tube comes out around the frame rail.
Cool.

I see a broken and welded one at Carlisle every year

I also have a really nice set of Hooker #5319's. I have a question on the slip collector and a small section of 2.00" header tubes inside the collectors. Do you have this?
