I ordered the AAR today, thanks to all for the input!!

How do the AAR fiberglass scoops mount? It appears they have some sort of studs on them.

Ok, thanks. I bought a '65 Hemi scoop from Hemi Eddy and it does not have studs. It has tabs that use a clip that screw goes into. What are your thoughts on either style? I want something that will hold on with no issues and also not rattle against hood and chip the paint.

1. id buy the scoop from aar then mark up for stud location with water based marker. then get clear 3m milar that is adhesive on side and apply to underside of scoop. you will need 3 elevator flat top bolts that will require you to mold into underside of scoop so you can have these in front opening to control the opening from flapping
