i have a 64 440 with a 318 poly. Original manual steer car that was converted by PO at some point to power steering using a stand factory Mopar box.

I’m looking at headers for the poly but none clear the power steering box. Heck, there is barely 1/8 of an inch now between the factory manifold and the power steering box. Is there a possibility the motor is bolted too far over on the drivers side or is that clearance normal?

? So something is different on yours vs a factory P/S car, as you suspected. You need a 62-65 to measure crank centerline vs your car.

Oh, sorry. I assumed it was a Coronet. My duh. Any 62 to 65 B body.
