May 31 marks my thirteenth year as a small business owner!!! I haven't posted up anything personal for awhile (still trying to get through a really busy winter) but just wanted to introduce the shop to any newcomers who might not know about it yet. If you have general questions, the FAQ section on my website is the best place to start and is tailored to new customers. It goes well beyond the generic "What are your hours?" kinds of questions and reading it can and will save you a substantial amount of money.
