Hi folks, as I'm restoring my car I'm making into an R/T tribute and haven't been able to find info on whether or not I need to make new holes to convert from the standard charger emblem to the R/T emblem on the rear tail panel. Anyone? I'm at in the final stages of body prep for paint so want to get this sorted before moving too much further.

And what about the headlight door for the R/T emblem there?

Thanks

Pretty sure the hole pattern is different from the standard Charger Arrow badge to the R/T badge on the taillight panel. Not sure about the headlight door.. I think Ma Mopar wouldn't make a headlight door with a different hole pattern just for badging.. I couldn't tell you for sure cuz my Charger was born a R/T

Rear holes are in different location. The headlight door utilizes the same holes as the standard Charger used.

excellent - thank you both. time to order my rear emblem I guess so I can get these drilled in before paint! thanks again

Instead of drilling hole, why not use double side 3M emblem tape?
