Most of the designs were developed years before they were introduced to the public. I have design studio photos taken in 1968 of the 1971 Satellite that besides a few bumper and trim details looks exactly like the production model.
 
He may be mainly remember for one car design, but it was one of the best of all time... not a bad track record. Many would dream to do the same.
 
The Double Diamond looks like the Charger 3 concept car.
 
Many of our favorites are from far out concept cars. The Stingray was inspired by a Shark

Brownlie is credited with the design of the third generation Chargers if I remember correctly.
 
RIP Mr. Sais - great design. Held through the ages and beyond.
