If you paid thru PayPal and used goods and services your covered file a dispute...if you used friends and family your outa luck...I refuse to pay friends and family for that very reason you have no protection so eat the 4% so if it goes sideways your not stuck holding the bag. I’ve been burnt with that and if the won’t do it the other way that’s a sign...
