Rear sway bar 3/4 vs 7/8

Okay....
Bear with me on this as it is just an opinion mixed with some hard facts:
I have a rebuilt factory steering box done by the guys at Firm Feel. It is a Stage Three. While I think that their guys do the best that they can do with these units, the inescapable fact is that this steering box was designed in the late 1950s and because of that, there are certain limitations that cannot be improved upon. One of them is the free play that exists in the center of the travel. With the steering wheel straight ahead, these steering boxes have varying amounts of free movement a few degrees to the left and to the right. With an original steering box and skinny tires, you may never notice it because the car steers so easily and the slop just feels the same as when the tires actually begin to turn. This free play/slop becomes VERY noticeable once you do anything that increases road feel. Fast Ratio arms reduce the steering wheel "lock to lock" from approx. 3 1/2 turns stock to about 2 3/4 turns. Because of the reduced amount of turns exist, this means the effort to turn the wheel increases, making it a little harder to turn the wheel. This makes that on center free play even MORE evident.

The Stage 1 and Stage 2 rebuilds are close to a stock setup but the Stage 3 rebuild is noticeably harder to turn. Again, this further exacerbates the sloppy on center feel. Once you are past the slop. it feels great, but....
I have the Fast Ratio arms. This takes the factory 15.7 ratio down to about 12 to 1. I figure that while this setup is as good as a factory based setup can get, I am not happy with it. I have a 2007 Ram with 327,000 miles and it steers far better. The Wife's 2015 Challenger R/T has me wishing I could have a more modern feel for the Charger.
I am considering a Borgeson steering box. These have a 14 to 1 ratio and are reported to have a much improved design.

Let me know if you change to the Borgeson box. I have almost a 10 to 2 slop but I also need to rebuild my complete front end. I assume the Borgeson unit is an updated design?

It is built by a different company with parts designed LONG after the Mopar steering boxes were!

I hear its not a drop in with a column length change?

It is if you buy the hybrid coupler from Bergman Auto Craft. With BAC, he sells the entire setup.
