What is the correct black paint for the doors on a 1970 RR?? Is it just gloss black or something else?? I have the dash suede figured out, but not the doors and rear seat area.
Thanks

Same gloss TX9 that would have gone on the exterior of a Black car.

Thanks. The original looks like gloss black, but just wanted to be sure.

The top of dash at the windshield. I used the black texture paint and it looks close, but I think I am going to suck it up and pay for a pint from instrument specialties.
I am already paint poor in this car. Correct color engine paint, Organisol hood paint, textured grille paint, etc. :(

I don't know what the factory used for the metal dash, but I used the Landau Black for mine, and I think it is the perfect shade in between gloss and matte.

The factory used a suede lacquer with texture for the dash frame....

Single stage gloss enamel was originally used by the factory for the interior....

As others have said, use SEM's Landau black. You'll be disappointed if you use any other black color! Good Luck
