I'm going with the trick flow heads and intake on 69 coronet R/T which puts the carb 2 inches above the fender,
it has the dual scoop now I have access to a flat hood aa would like to do something different besides the six pack scoop .
Any ideas? A hellcat style hood would be cool if anyone made them.

As I understand your question, you like the three scoop set up on the Hellcat? If so, then I think it would look both symmetrical and cool to fabricate a sheet metal "plateau" that rises up to the just below the height of the factory dual scoops and fills the area between them. Start it just ahead of the scoops and begin the rise in a shallow "V" similar to a shaker scoop but wider to fill the space. Keep the center body line rise. Once at the correct height then continue it back and taper it off at the same level as the rear of the factory scoops. No opening. this gives you the same effect visually, allows room for the engine height, and then open up the factory scoop bases for flow of air. It keeps the period look with the factory two scoops and incorporates the newer appeal too.
