Looks to be a different caliper for sure. The pin holes are definitely lower which appears to be raising things.

Interesting? I have this brake kit on my '69 Coronet, and no issues like that, just getting longer E-Brake cables. Need about 2" longer than stock.
 
might be to late to this party but measure the face of the rotor and the face of the pads. the pads should set even with the top of the rotor or even a 1/16 below rotor face. if you were told this is okay i'm with malex not buying from them. look at pic number 8 the brake pad doesn't rest over the pin. looks like it's hitting the pin this kit is totally wrong.
