After seeing your work, I think that you will do a great job. The thing that I finally realized is that you don't have to do it all at one time. I was worried that I had to set aside time to get it all set all at once but you can do a little and leave it and come back the next day or so to do some more.

I have a question about the rear window interior trim. I haven’t been able to find information about installing it. The plastic trim comes to long and I am sure that I need to custom cut and fit it.
Questions: Do any of you have any instillation pictures and advice? Do I install it before rear window installation?

Makes it easier to install with the window out but you can install with or without the window. It looks like you have the trim upside down in the second pic.. that should fit the right side. You'll figure it out brother, doing a great job

I was searching your posts for pictures. I may try to install it before I have the window set just to make it easier for me.

I put the rear window trim in before the glass. Mine didn't want to fit either, I had to cut it to fit. And had to trim glue the corners, then applied pressure for 24hrs till glue dried for sure. I couldn't have got it in after the glass. Definitely put it in before.

I have still been working out problems with what I have done and working on my car. I’m glad that I haven’t installed the carpet yet. After running the engine I have been finding antifreeze puddles on the floor pans. I have been sick worrying about the work I would have to do to change out the heater core. I have previously installed a new heater core and all new parts in the heater A/C box.
I spent some investigating time yesterday and found out that that my new heater control valve that mounts to the firewall, was what was leaking. Some relief because it will be much easier to change out but a new one costs close to $400. I sent it off to classic air today because they will rebuild it for just over $200. I had bought this new one over 10 years ago. Maybe the seals dried out some over time.

I had the same issue. I swapped mine a week or two back but haven't had a chance to test it to make sure the one I put in doesn't have the same issue. Good to know how much Classic charges. I'm down in Tampa often and they are right by the airport so I've dropped stuff off before.

It is getting warm now here. It’s about time to get my A/C hooked up. I was able to get the rest of the Classic Air parts hooked up, vacuum dried, and filled with R134a today.

When I hooked up the electronic ignition I didn’t realize I had put it where the dryer was supposed to be installed. I moved it farther toward the firewall and now they both fit fine. I just need to find or make a dryer mounting bracket.

My friend that was helping me told me that I need a fan on the front of my condenser to push air through to help cool it when my electric fans are not running.
