Been checking this site for a while. Ended up with what is a fairly clean example of an East Coast 67 Charger. While I would really love to have a 68 Charger,65 Belvedere or Coronet or a 68 Super Bee the 67 Charger is where I have entered the Mopar world. Its going to come out somewhere at some point so I will freely admit my real passion is with GM A-Bodies particularly of the Chevelle and GTO pursuasion. The Charger is my first non GM project so kind of starting over with learning about interchanges and torsion bar front ends. Torn between a day 2 build with a stout 440 and maybe some body colored steelies on the back with some Torq Thrusts on the front or a modern Hemi with AC and big wheels and a lowered stance. The 67 bodystyle does looks good either way. One of the few 60s designs that looks good lowered with big wheels as well as a traditional of the showroom mod type build. I have a 2007 or 2008 relatively low mileage hemi at my disposal but if I go that route I'd go with a modern suspension AC and comfy interior. The sloped roofline and the grill design almost lend themselves to being a slammed to the ground big diameter wheels build. But still cant get away from the wide 15s on the back Hemi scooped hood overcammed no frills street car.Having a hard time deciding. In any case checking in before I post any questions,I'm sure I will have a few.

Welcome from Michigan. I will start......:xscuseless:...:drinks:

Unfortunately I don't have pics and the car currently isn't where I can access it currently or I'd have posted to get the collective opinion on its condition. For being in Md and for what I paid I'm content. If only the aftermarket would pick up the pace on the 66-67 Charger... This car is different from what I'm used to but from my time lurking here this forum seems civilized and informative.

Welcome from Vermont! I too used to be a Chevrolet guy with a 65 Impala SS BB454 street beast. Learned all things MOPAR here and from an Uncle as teen. Ask away, we have answers. Get those pics soon.

Welcome aboard! The short time I've been a member has been wonderful as folks really are genuine, helpful and understanding.

Truth be told, My 3rd generation B-body wasn't my first choice either. I had my heart set on a 68 Charger. After searching for 6 months or so it became pretty evident that what I wanted as a starting point didn't make financial sense for me. Sold my 69 charger 25 years ago, got married, started a family, yada yada yada...I guess I shouldn't have been surprised how the value in these beauties has skyrocketed in the past quarter century. Sure glad I had a backup plan as the 3rd generation has always been my next favorite. I've been ecstatic since plunking down the $$$ for my 2nd B-body as I know you will be too. Best of luck and ask away as these folks are absolutely the best.
