What is the best way to package iron cylinder heads for shipping? I'm sure that I can count on some rough handling. Any experience greatly appreciated.

I've bolted a head down on a piece of 1/2" plywood ,they sell double walled cardboard, or find a box that this will fit into with about 4" clearance top, bottom, sides, then bubble wrap the **** outa everything. good layer on bottom ,then place another piece of 1/2" plywood on top when ready go, close box. 3" wide clear plastic masking tape completely wrap every inch of the box this will help insure if the box gets wet the cardboard won't weaken. good luck

ive just wrapped them in cardboard so there is no movement or space, three four times around

Wrap in cardboard and stuff one in a USPS gameboard box. About $20/each to ship via flat rate.

I ship iron intakes in game board flat rate boxes. Boxes are free too! Order a set of 10, delivered to your home and use the extras to wrap heads!
