Hi All, Doug here, am helping a bud with a 1966 Charger. Is a 318 Poly car now but will be a 408 soon. Got a 360 magnum for the engine build with all the serpt belt change over stuff. He wants a semi resto mod type thing... his car. Rest will be stock body wise. Need some help/info on headers for this car, does have ac and p/s is auto also. Found a few sets saying they fit, but not being a Mopar guy..yet .. am here asking the pros! Nice site btw. Am a fan of the Mopar cars looks like I will be on this for a while. Thanks Doug.

welcome to FBBO from SoCal. We need a lifetime Mopar comittment to start answering questions. LOL just kidding.... Most on here will be promoting the TTI brand. I have a stroked 440 and have Hooker Competition headers. Mine fit very well but I dont have AC or PS. Good luck!
 
Thanks guys! was just up looking at it getting measurements for the radiator and looking at the P/S box, man its a big one lol. the 408 should be a no issues since the Poly is so wide. will get pics asap. She is org paint, 318 poly ac,p/s,auto. little rear,dana 60 to come. Is a dark green, white gut, console. We have done power brakes and disc upgrade and all susp rebuild so far. Should be a nice cruiser with a bit of go to boot. :) Hoping to see 500 on the dyno.. Don't hate but he went with a built 700 r tried to get him to do a 518 but... aint mine.. Agin thanks for the welcome and will post pics. Doug.

Have been looking around for info and man this site it the S**t! almost all of my questions have been found and vendors as well. Should make for a easy...lol swap over.. I hope. Thanks guys will get some pics asap. Doug

going to see the 408 on the dyno today.. I hope. Been busy but hope to have the engine out and body cleaned and to another bud place for the rear swap while I get the 408 ready to go in. Owner is chomping at the bite to drive it lol Will grab some pics.
